What types of products do you sell?

At S-LUV LABELS, we specialise in premium branded clothing—including designer t-shirts, jackets, hoodies, coats, jeans, trainers and accessories. We curate pieces from leading labels to help you express individuality and confidence.

When you select your size, we make sure to send the item that best fits that sizing. Some designer pieces fit differently, so there may be times when the label on the item is one size smaller or larger than what you ordered.

Due to the volume of orders we handle daily, we’re unable to provide individual measurements for items.
We can’t accommodate measurement requests at this time.

If an item has an oversized or slim fit, this will be clearly mentioned in the product title or description.
Please choose your size based on this information.

All product pictures on our website are taken from our actual stock.
Because of our workload, we aren’t able to take additional photos upon request.

Pre-order items will always include (PRE-ORDER) in their title.
This is also explained in the product description with the estimated delivery timeframe.

Pre-orders typically take 2–3 weeks.
Once paid, pre-orders are final since they ship directly to you.
If the size, fit, or quality isn’t right once received, contact us so we can discuss a possible exchange.
Please reach out as soon as you receive the item.

To receive tracking automatically, make sure your email and mobile number are entered at checkout.
Standard Delivery tracking is sent daily by 3pm via email/text.

Next Day Delivery tracking is available only by request.
You can request it after 7pm on the day the parcel was shipped (if ordered before 2pm).

Please place a small note inside your return parcel with:

• Your Name
• Order Number
• Reason for Return
• Items You’re Returning
• What You’d Like to Exchange For

All returns must follow our official returns policy.
